TERMINATION You agree that NTS MEDIA may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Desktop Snooper/NTS MEDIA account, any associated website, control panel and access to the service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) Selling Desktop Snooper or any of NTS MEDIA software below our mandatory pricing. (b) Decompiling, reverse engineering or any way altering any NTS MEDIA software product (c) relabeling, alteration, or removal of any text including website links to the NTS MEDIA corporate website. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in NTS MEDIA's sole discretion and that NTS MEDIA shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account, any associated website, control panel, or access to the Service. These Terms and Conditions shall continue in effect for as long as you use the Products and Services, unless specifically terminated earlier by NTS MEDIA. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions which impose obligations continuing in their nature shall survive termination of these Terms and Conditions. www.snoopypc.com reserves the right to modify the Products and Services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate the Products and Services.
